Sweetie was fishing off Sea Bright trolling with Bunker Spoons limited out with a 5 man crew, plus 50 Blue Fish, much bigger fish were caught today, the largest was 42". Captains Mat Muzslay and Kevin Gerrity said "the action was good all day". Crew of Dennis Appleby, Bill Schneyer, Pat Fagan, Greg Wierzbicki and Tony Laferrara.

The Paramus Building Supply Co was out today headed by Mr. Craig Behnke with Rocco Trisolini, Don Rick, Nick Katsapis, Mike Russomando and Vahak Hanessian fishing off of Seaside Heights, Striper fishing was very slow boating 4 keepers and all the bluefish they wanted all fish were caught on jigs. Sweetie was out today for Bass. Starting at the Highland Bridge the birds were working so we started jigging and landed 4 bass 28" and lots of Blues. The boat moves up to the Hook and anchored at the Shoals baiting with clams, landing 3 more, then we went back to the rocks and started trolling with shad rigs and did very well limited out with the bonus tags. The Dave Hochman crew of Monmouth Beach, NJ was out for Striped Bass and got all they wanted. Limited out with the largest being 42". Most of todays catch was snaged on the Troll using Shad Rigs. Crew members John Hochman, Dan Carrion, Dave Glick and Eric Abt. On todays trip we had Captains Barry Goldman and Fred Nirshel.

The Sweetis was out Saturday for a Bluefish Blitz the 6 person crew released over 100 Blues in 5 hours. The action never stopped! All at the 17 fathoms chuming and using butterfish as hook baits. The Bluefish were hammered at the mud bouy on Sunday, the crew of Bob Walsh, Gerard Gianetti, Rob Carlee, Jay Snightkowski, Jeff Kellner and Tom Freeman were out Sunday and had non stop action at the mud bouy, keeping 35 and releasing another 35, Captains Brian Perry and Dr. Fred Nirschl.

The SWEETIE is back from Ocean City, MD. She was out today with the Marc Sherry crew for Seabass not a good day. They boated 15 keepers between 4 men, caught a lot of shorts, then switched over to fluke put 5 in the box and called it a day. The crew of George Giannaros, Lou Acosta,and Mauro Casci. The Night bluefish action is unbelievable Mr.Marc Sherry, Mauro Casci and Brian Pash released over 100 blues in 2 hours Captain Kevin Gerrity and mate Ed Dumont said it was a mad house. These 3 men have a nightly release contest marc the winner last night at 37.

The Elaina Vetrine crew of Mount Olive, NJ had a great day of Fluke, boating 20 keepers 2 at 5 lbs and 15 Seabass. The SWEETIE was in the 2 local tournments Mako Mania and Mako fever this weekend, taking 6th place in Mako mania and 3rd place in Mako Fever. The angler was Mako killer Rudy Buchar the crew of Johnny Tomalavage, John Jarosz, Scott Roland, Captian Brian Perry and Jim Papaccio. It was an epic battle, Rudy hooked and fought him stand up for 15 min than went to the chair for another 20 and we had him, Johny T on the gun, Brian on the wheel,Scotty the wire, Jarosz the hook man and Jimmy second hook man.

Brian Perry and Burt Roth had out the men from EASTERN HIGH VOLTAGE of Robbibsville,nj the boys started trolling hooking a few large fish but it was not their day dropping 6 to 7 big ones, the blue fish attacked and they had fun releasing as many as you want.
