We had the guys from Ron-Jon heating and cooling in Sparta out today. Inshore wreckfishing has been poor so with the nice weather forecast we went out to the 30-50 mile wrecks. It was decent fishing out there lots of life mostly ling and cod with a few bluefish. The 3 man charter boated 7 keeper cod and over 20 ling and a few blues. The two biggest cod weighed in at 26 and 33lbs.

Spear fishing in NJ is one of my favorite off-time activities. The crew of Double Diamond are spearfishing and diving on the local wrecks and rockpiles all year long and it really helps you understand how the fish move and live in their habitats. Here are just a few photos of some nice fish, lobster and scallops we have harvested underwater. If you are interested in dive charters contact Divers Two dive shop in Avon, NJ.
