| Tipping:
The crew
on this boat will work hard to find the
fish and help you enjoy the experience.
At the end of the day filleting and bagging
your catch are part of the service and
a 20% tip is customary and appreciated. |

Deposits:
A 20% deposit is
required on all bookings. Deposits are
not refundable unless cancelled 45 days
in advance. Balance is due in cash or
check on the vessel prior to departure.

| Cancellations:
The Captain determines
cancellation due to weather or for reasons
beyond our control. If so determined an
offer for another trip will be made and
the deposit will carry over. |

| Drugs
and Alcohol: Double
Diamond has a zero tolerance policy for
any type of drug or hard alcohol. Beer
is OK. Intoxication or unsafe behavior
are grounds for termination of trip with
no refund. |
